Peel and devein and wash the shrimp. Remove lobster from shell and cut into bite sized pieces. Coat all with the black pepper, salt and corn starch.
Finely chop the garlic, ginger, scallions and scotch bonnet peppers
Heat oil in frying pan until 150 celcius. Fry seafood for 1 minutes
Drain oil reserving 1 tbsp. Fry shallot for 1 minute and add other vegetables for 1 more minute.
Pour vegetables over seafood and serve
